William Angliss Conference Centre
The conference will be held at the fabulous William Angliss Conference Centre, on the 5th floor, 555 La Trobe Street, just off the corner with King Street and opposite the Flagstaff gardens.
Pre-Symposium Tour
The pre-symposium tour will be to the PGG Wrightson Seeds Research Station at Leigh Creek, near Ballarat. The visit will involve an overview of the activities undertaken at the research station with a focus on legumes, including a walk through the lucerne grazing and hay trials, and a white clover trial. Other trials that will be visited during the tour will include various grass and brassica trials.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser

Registration cancellations received up to Monday 9th January will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between Tuesday 10th January and Friday 27th January 2012 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Close of Business Friday 27th January 2012.
As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative. Transfers will be accepted until Monday 6th February 2012, all amendments including transfers will incur a $10.00 additional fee.
Accommodation cancellations less than 30 days prior, will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
Registrations will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by Grasslands Society of Southern Australia.
DISCLAIMER
The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program.
LIABILITY/INSURANCE
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Australian Grasslands Association (AGA) and event partners Grassland Society of Southern Australia (GSSA) and Grassland Society of New South Wales (GSNSW) cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can the Australian Grasslands Association take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
